Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure: Eligible for refund after deduction of service charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: Subject to airline/hotel/supplier policies.
- No refund: Applies to no-show or unused services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.
