Mode of Delivery
Confirmed bookings, air tickets, hotel vouchers, and other travel documents will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp to the customer.
Delivery Timeline
Most services are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In case of delays caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.), our team will keep you informed.
No Physical Shipping
Since our services are digital in nature, no courier or physical shipment is applicable under this policy.
